My Grown-Up Dancing Girl

Addi has been sick for the past week with a cold and two ear infections. It has been miserable!! The only two things that would calm her down from crying were taking her for a loooong car ride and putting on music videos on youtube. That was probably her favorite thing to do while she was sick, and now she is in the habit of, every day, watching either Taylor Swift, Miley Cyrus, or Carrie Underwood music videos. Even while she was sick, she would stand up and do her "bouncey-dance" to the music. Now she has become a little bit obsessed with this tu-tu. She likes to wear it over her pajamas at night (so funny).

I can't believe how big she is getting. Last night when I went in to check on her after she had fallen asleep, I looked at her laying down and it looked like she had all of the sudden got even bigger. It's such a fun age to see her developing so many skills. She LOVES to talk all the time. These are some of the things she says:

Gecka= Becka
Sess= Janessa
Nat= Nate (she screams this through my parents whole house trying to find him)
Bamp= Grandpa
Mama= Grandma
Soos= Shoes
Belly
Ba-Ba= Bottle (yes I still have her on a bottle, I know I need to get her off of it)
Bath
Caw= Car
Go, Okay, No, Yes, Yeah, Night Night, Hi, Bye, Ma, Dad
Co= Coat
I Vuva= I love you

She loves to be asked where her belly is and not only show you hers, but try to lift up your shirt to find yours. It's really funny when she tries to lift up my moms shirt and show everyone. What a Pill!

She is adorable and I love the tutu too. I am so sorry she has been sick that is not fun at all. I hope things start getting a lot better for her. Belly buttons are pretty amazing, so why not show them off? :) So cute!!!
