Addi's First Trip to the Zoo!!!!

Last week, Matt and I took Addi to the Hoggle Zoo for her first time. My parents got to come spend the day with us, too! It was so much fun going with my parents. It's so nice now that my dad is retired to spend more time with him. He would never admit it, but he is SERIOUSLY wrapped around Addi's finger. It's really cute. I guess she's not quite old enough to appreciate the zoo at this age. She was more obsessed with her shadow. Every time we go outside, she loves to stare at her shadow and wave her arm. Haha.. She did, however, really like the giraffe.

This giraffe was actually pregnant. I had no idea that giraffe's are pregnant for almost a year and a half!! Holy Cow, I thought we had it bad! I was like staring at the giraffe for the longest time trying to figure out how the baby giraffe was curled up in her. So bizarre! It was really cool to see, though. Addi really liked that part. She also really liked the parrot and the porky-pine.

They have put a carousel in since I've been there and that was really fun to ride on. I was too nervous to hold her on it, so Matt got to hold her and she really loved it!
