Rain, Shopping, Classic Cars in Jackson Hole

I should also add to that title Addi's first ponytail! Hey, I know it's just a couple of hairs in that pony, but I am dang proud of it! It took me a while and lots of squirming on her part to get that little pony band around her hair. P.S. Aren't her eyes beautiful?!

So we went to Jackson Hole last week with Matt's parents. They go up there every year so that Dewane can enter his classic car in the Annual Car Show. It's actually really cool. They have some really neat cars up there and a lot of fun events going on. Chris, Addi and I really like the shopping. They have some really neat country-western gifts and clothing. Matt loves the cowboy boots and western hats. It was a really cold, rainy time but we still had a lot of fun. We ate at some good eatin' places like the Bar-J-Wranglers, Bubbas, The Merry Piglets (Sooooo good), and Jedediahs. Anyone who knows me knows I love to go out to eat, so that was an event in and of itself! We had to keep Addi warm, and since all of her long pants are either too small or too big, I improvised! I got some really cute tights a few weeks ago at Old Navy so I decided to put them under her shorts, and I think it turned out really cute!

This is Dewane's '57 Chevy Nomad. He restored it 30 years ago but continues to win awards and get compliments everywhere he goes. We got to ride in it and see Harrison Ford's house. He has a helicopter pad on top of his house so he can fly in and land there. He also has 600 acres of land around it! I love the old classic car.

About a month ago now, Addi got her two front bottom teeth. If you look closely in this picture you can see them. It kind of makes me chuckle a little bit seeing her cheesy smile. :) I love those happy moments when she's smiling.

The last day in Jackson Hole they had raffle prizes. I hate raffles because I am so unlucky and never win anything. Matt insisted that we put some tickets in for it, so I reluctantly did. We both put in for the BBQ set and HE WON IT! So now we can have BBQ's at our house or camping. Anyone wanna come over for a BBQ? That's right, cuz we have one! HAHA I'm a big nerd. Good Job Honey!
