Beauty From Within

I saw this article in the Doctor's office one day and thought it was really cool. It is actually written by Audrey Hepburn. With so much influence on outward beauty nowdays, I thought this was a striking contrast to what we hear from the media etc. Of course I have to use Taylor for a couple of the pictures because I think she's the most beautiful person and I think she has a lot of inner beauty, too. :)

Eyes: For lovely eyes, seek out the good in people.


Hair: For beautiful hair, let a child run his or her fingers through it once a day.

Lips: For attractive lips, speak words of kindness.

Poise: For poise, walk with the knowledge you'll never walk alone.
Figure: For a slim figure, share your food with the hungry.

People, more than things, have to be restored, renewed, revived, reclaimed, and redeemed; Never throw out anybody. Remember, if you ever need a helping hand, you'll find one at the end of your arm. As you grow older, you will discover that you have two hands, one for helping yourself, the other for helping others.
