Zoo and Zuri

Last Friday we had a terrific time at the Zoo. We went with the in-laws since last year we went with my parents. This year was a lot more enjoyable simply because Addi actually got it. She's been learning the names of animals from her "Noah's Ark" book so she was able to recognize them and say some of their names :) She loved the Carousel and Train. P.S. I know I look cheesy in the pic with her on the carousel but it's so cute of her!

She went on the Carousel a zillion times :)

Okay this is the mama elephant and cute, adorable, little Zuri. I think Zuri is only a few months old. She was the cutest little elephant. She was following her mama everywhere and then her mom was nursing her (is that what you call it for elephants?) lol Addi kept saying, "baby eh-phant!)

The whole gang! The weather was perfect. It was kind of overcast so it wasn't too hot.

After the Zoo we were all starving (we spent 4 hours there!) and Matt's dad suggested we go to The Mayan. I hadn't been there for a couple years, and the last time I went it wasn't very good. I was so impressed this time, though. The food is kind of expensive but Matt and I always share anyway. And the diving show is amazing! It was at least a 10 minute show and they did it every 20 minutes. If you haven't been there in a while you should really go! (Okay I should really be in Advertising):) TAH-TAH!
