Little Lady Addi is TWO!!

Last week Addi had her 2nd birthday! I honestly can't believe she's two. She is at such a fun age and so playful, I love it. HA. She says the funniest things and is starting to become a little DIVA. Oh no!
Matt and I had a little party for her just the three of us on her actual b-day. I was SO excited all day. When I woke up that morning it felt like Christmas to me! I really don't know why I was so excited, but I told Matt it was better than my own birthday. I had to work till 3, so when I got off I picked her up and took her home and showed her all of her wrapped presents. She acted like she could care less, which is funny, because she woke up that morning saying, "Iss my birfday mom!" Anyway, when Matt got home we sat her down and put all the presents in front of her. All she wanted to do was "listen to teardrops" (Taylor Swift music video of Teardrops on my Guitar). She was screaming because we wouldn't let her listen to it anymore (I try to limit it to 3 times a day, I'm so afraid he's going to be a techno junky). So on a scale of 1-5 meltdown, 5 being the worst, she had about a level 4 meltdown. Seriously pulling out her cute hair that I spent so much time doing that morning, jumping up and down, kicking her feet, you name it. Sigh... So finally I ripped a present open and put it right to her face so she could see what it was.........
The meltdown stopped. She got a huge smile on her face and snatched it away from me. From there on out she was a happy girl, ripping all the gifts open. Wow, we got through it!

Notice her messed up hair... HAHA it's a funny memory at least :)

She got accessories for her baby doll. She loves feeding her baby...

Saturday we had a family party for her. I decided to do a lady bug theme since she is so fascinated with bugs and spiders. Didn't really want to do a spider theme HA!

All these lady bugs kinda look creepy now that I look at it... the food coloring I used made everyone's mouth turn red or black. Nate looked like a vampire :)

Addi was so excited to see Grace. She loves her :)

The neighbors Morgan and Ryan, who she ADORES.
Blowing at the candles...

This one cracks me up... Her whole face was stained red from the frosting.

Dewane, Nate...

Mom, Gramps, Dad, Jason... Don't ask me what my pops is doing..

Grace and Grandma Ivers

She was really starting to get the hang of this opening the presents thing. She was getting so curious as to what would be inside :)
All of the kids wanted to help open the gifts.

Opening the gift from gramma and papa Frandsen.

My mom made her a "Quiet Book" for church. It is so amazing!! Seriously, it took SO much time for her to make and it is so detailed and adorable. Thank you so much madre!
Grandma and Grandpa Ivers gave her a tea set, which she can't stop playing with. She gathers all of her stuffed animals and babies around and feeds them "crumpets and tea". (I know I look so lame in this pic.. ugh!)

Okay so on a random note, I have to write this down for my journal so I don't forget. A couple weeks ago I did a Paula Abdul workout video (yes it's so 80's, Matt makes fun of me so bad, but it's so fun!) and Addi was starting to do it with me since it's all dancing. Well the next morning she put on my workout headband (see below), got the dvd and brought it to me while I was still in bed. She said, "I wanna "cersize" mom." I told her I was too tired. She said, "Oh come on!" like I was such a lazy bum or something. LOL!! So I couldn't deny my little energizer bunny, so I did it with her and we had a blast. Although I kept stepping all over her, we need a bigger living room! Ha funny girl.

Loved General Conference this year, but I did get tired and couldn't help snuggling up to my little cuddle bug.
