Tis the Season to be Jolly...

<
Christmas has been amazing this year. My sister and her husband flew in for the Holidays and we have had so much fun! We went and saw New Moon (don't ask how many times I've seen it), saw Blind Side, went to some good eatin' places, did a session at the Salt Lake Temple, saw the lights at Temple Square, watched some Jazz games, went shopping, played with Addi, and there is more to come! American Fork has recently had some tasty eating places open. In N Out just opened, which is Matt and I's all time fave hamburger place, and we got a Rodizio Grill! I have never been and since Matt and my brother both served in Brazil, my dad is going to take us all there on Wednesday! Have I mentioned I love to eat out? LOL. I love spending time with the family esp during the holidays! And the treats... Oh boy I won't be getting on the scale anytime soon! How I love my chocolate. Last Friday night we had the Ivers' Family Party at the Spaghetti Factory and saw the lights at Temple Square. It was kind of a nightmare trying to get to Temple Square since Trax had an accident and we had to try to find the right bus to take us there... It was a late night. But we all had a bundle of fun anyway! One of the highlights of the night was Addi got to see Santa Claus for the first time! And she didn't even scream...

...A little somber, but that's better than screaming! Side note: Personally, I think Santa looked like a serial killer. Just saying.
Our Frandsen Christmas Party was tonight and boy she did NOT like Santa! She screamed and squirmed and wiggled her way out of his lap!

Calming down after the "Santa ordeal".

This year we made over 20 food boxes for people who don't have food. There is a trailer park in my Grandma's stake, so we delivered food to them. A couple of weeks ago, the Relief Society president went over to see if they needed food. The mother was still nursing her 4 year old because they didn't have any food to feed her. Her younger boy has one boiled egg a day to live on. I can't believe that people right her in our own town don't have food! It makes me feel so grateful for full cupboards.
My sis is LOVING spending time with Addi while she's in town. I think Addi loves it even more.

Just a couple of more random pics... Addi usually takes a while to warm up to Grandpa Ivers, but after she warms up to him... She really loves to snuggle with him.

She has found a new love: Her toothbrush. Every morning she's gotta have that toothbrush. I just hope she will always love brushing her teeth.
